Leonardo Jorge Costa (born May 12, 1977 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais) is a former freestyle and backstroke swimmer from Brazil, who represented his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. His biggest success was winning the gold medal in the 200 m backstroke at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada.
